I use Kubota's Magic Sharp action on 99% of the images that are sold as prints or that go into my albums as well as most of my web images. Every once and a while on certain images, the Magic Sharp action is a tad much for the web, so I simply "fade" the action by going up in the history and select the step where it applied the first Unsharp Mask. The results are below and YMMV.
